ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ : ΜΑΝΤΑΛΕΣ -ΠΑΛΙΜΨΗΣΤΟ

      Τα έργα αποτελούν λάβαρα  που αναρτούνται στο χώρο με διαδοχικές επιστρωματώσεις και συνθέσεις  αποδίδοντας τελικά μία τρισδιάστατη εικόνα .

      Χώρος ως βάθος και δευτερογενείς σχηματισμοί πλεγμάτων, οδηγούν σε μια αρχιτεκτονική ψυχικών διεργασιών και σχέσεων. Η όλη ενότητα ορίζεται από την κοινή ανάγκη για μια «μετακείμενη» ματιά των θραυσμάτων, υλικών στοιχείων και μνήμης αντίστοιχα.

       Η εγκατάσταση  ελαβε χώρα  στο  εμβληματικό προσκυνηματικό Κέντρο της  Λαύρας του Κιέβου (Ουκρανία), μετά από πρόσκληση της Ελληνικής Πρεσβείας τον Απρίλο 2013. Την Εκθεση επισκέφτηκαν 2500 άτομα.

 

                   INSTALLATION : MANDALES- PALIMPSEST                   

       The images-mandales are composed of details from the above units as if viewed through a kaleidoscope.

       These mandales are presented in form of a cross or that of a synthesis resembling a "palimpsest".

        These works of art function all together as a whole, in a three-dimensional image   but at the same time each one functions separately.

        The depth of space, in a series of ensuing complex grid formations helps crystallize solid structures of psychological procedures and relations. The present set of works is characterized by common urge for a meta-textual review of “fragments”, material bric-a-brac, and corresponding vague, imperfect memories. Thus, broken bits and pieces of objects, tenderly brought together, finally recount for the ultimate outcome of the work: conscience.

        The installation took place in  the emblematic  Lavra’s sacred place ( Kiev, Ukraine), after  the invitation of the Greek Embassy in April 2013. The exhibition was visited by 2500 people.
